We look out for one another and support each other. Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined – and if things get a bit hectic, we ask for help or simply lend a hand.

We talk to one another, listen and let each other finish speaking. We are interested in other people’s opinions – and engage with them constructively. We acknowledge our strengths and weaknesses and give each other honest feedback.

We keep our promises. When we say we’ll do something, we mean it. We can rely on one another – always.

We look beyond our own department and make decisions in the best interests of the whole co-operative. We stand by our decisions, learn from our successes and mistakes, and act on our own initiative – for the benefit of us all.
