TIPS FOR APPLYING.

Familiarise yourself with the KAIFU.

The better you understand who we are, the better you can show that you’re a good fit for us. Take a look at what matters to us as a co-operative – and think about whether those are your values too.

Make sure your documents are complete.

Your application is your calling card. It should include a short covering letter, a comprehensive CV and your most important certificates. This will enable us to get a good impression of you straight away.

Get ready to meet us.

Before our first meeting, think about what motivates you to work for us, what strengths you bring to the role – and also what you’re looking for in your new job. If you know yourself well, you’ll automatically come across really well.

Be yourself.

This is probably the most important tip. During the interview, we’re not looking for a perfect performance; we just want to get to know you as a person. Simply show genuine interest, ask us any questions you have – and forget about dress codes that require you to dress up.
