SIMPLY KAIFU

LIVING AS A MEMBER.

Strictly speaking, this is how it works with us: as a member, you don’t pay any ‘rent’ at all, but rather a usage fee.

 

The difference may seem small, but it’s hugely significant: you’re not a tenant, but part of the co-operative. This protects you from eviction for the owner’s own use or property speculation – and gives you a say through the members’ representative body. In short: at KAIFU, you don’t live as a tenant, but as part of a community. A lifelong right to住 is included!
