Training & Studies

DISCOVER WHAT MAKES LIVING POSSIBLE.

An apprenticeship or a dual study programme? At KAIFU, you’ll be right in the thick of things from the very start. You’ll get to know different departments, take on your own responsibilities and discover what goes on behind the scenes of around 5,000 flats.

TRAINING

FROM ALLOCATING FLATS TO CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.

The training programme to become a property management assistant combines working with our members with commercial and technical tasks. You will assist with the allocation of flats, get to know our housing estates and gain an insight into modernisation and maintenance work. You can apply if you have A-levels, a vocational A-level or a good secondary school leaving certificate.
