“Meine KAIFU” has been launched

Since 1 September, members have been able to view all available KAIFU flats in ‘My KAIFU’ and apply directly for suitable properties there. Documents, damage reports and other enquiries can also be dealt with easily via the app or in a web browser – at any time, regardless of our opening hours.

We are KAIFU.

The original for over 100 years, our full name is Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft KAIFU-NORDLAND eG. You’ve probably already guessed, but just to be sure: we don’t offer fitness classes or driving lessons – just better living. Incidentally, our name comes from the place where we were founded: the Kaiser-Friedrich-Ufer in Eimsbüttel.
