That is why we invest in our neighbourhoods and members, not in speculation. A significant proportion of our profits is channelled back into modernisation and new-build projects – as well as into initiatives that strengthen community life. For us, community matters more than competition.

People of different generations and from all walks of life find affordable, secure and long-term housing with us – and the feeling of truly belonging, of being at home. We call this: socially just housing.

Our new development, ‘Wohnen am Eimsbütteler Marktplatz’, won the German Building Owners’ Award in 2020, amongst other honours. An award for courage, passion and good ideas.
