Together, we decide the way forward. Our Executive Board manages the organisation’s affairs, the Supervisory Board oversees and advises – and the Members’ Representative Committee ensures that our members’ important voice is heard. This is how we at KAIFU remain democratic, transparent and close to the people who live with us.

OUR SUPERVISORY BOARD

The Supervisory Board, as the supervisory body, consists of nine members. The following individuals are members of the Supervisory Board:

The key responsibilities of the Supervisory Board include supporting, advising and monitoring the Executive Board in its management of the company. The Supervisory Board reports to the General Meeting of Representatives on its activities.

Our Articles of Association form the foundation of our organisation. They govern the structure and operations of our co-operative – and the key aspects of our solidarity-based working relationships. The Articles of Association are based on the provisions of the Co-operative Act, supplemented by KAIFU’s specific provisions.
